Chimichurri in a Hurry!

Chimichurri sauce makes for a great accompaniment to grilled meat dishes. The Domestic Girl’s Chimichurri recipe is simple and easy to make in a hurry.

The aroma from the fresh parsley and the kick from the garlic and red pepper add a punch of flavor to any grilled meat. Try it on grilled lamb too!

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 Cup Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Finely Minced
  • 1 TB EVOO
  • 2 TB White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
